Washington Strength and Conditioning has offered to team up with NTRA and provide a dedicated hour each week offering strength training to NTRA athletes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on strength, skills, and injury prevention. Currently we are gauging interest in this program, and will come up with final date/time/price after determining the need.
